Can the wires be completely hidden?
That's the standard, not an upgrade. TVs mount with cabling inside the wall to a recessed outlet, speakers go in-ceiling or in-wall, and equipment lives in a closet or cabinet — nothing visible but the screen and the sound.
In-ceiling speakers or traditional speakers?
In-ceiling wins for whole-home background audio and clean looks; traditional or in-wall speakers win for a dedicated theater where imaging matters. Most homes we do use both — in-ceiling everywhere, proper fronts in the media room.
Do you calibrate the system or just install it?
We finish every AV job with setup and calibration — speaker levels, display settings, universal control — and walk you through it. You should never need three remotes and a prayer.
