Lanakila and Keanu Caldwell grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii in a small fishing village called Milolii. They lived a modest life, and learned responsibility, gratitude, and integrity. From an early age they developed an entrepreneurial mindset from their father. Determined to succeed and change the trajectory of their lives, they set out to California to start a new life. Overcoming hardship and refusing to move back to Hawaii, they understood that nothing great comes easy.
Both Lanakila and Keanu secured jobs as vehicle salespeople — drawn to it knowing their work ethic would be what predicted their income. Sales opened the door to unlimited opportunities. After a few hard and difficult years, the brothers encountered an opportunity doing door-to-door sales as security consultants, and moved to Austin, Texas, where they etched their names into the low voltage industry. Speaking with clients directly, hearing their issues, being the middlemen — and not having control of their customers' satisfaction — brought the brothers to realize a niche in the industry based solely on character. Customers were craving transparency, integrity, and quality. The brothers doubled down on their dedication; becoming sponges, they absorbed all the knowledge they possibly could.
Taking the capital earned, they opened Caldwell Low Voltage, offering tailored and customizable solutions in the low voltage industry. The demand was immediate and increased daily. With Caldwell Low Voltage, the brothers finally had the ability to offer their customers the integrity, care, and sense of family they grew up with — always going the extra mile and putting their customers first. On any and every project, Keanu and Lanakila are hands-on and diligent, leaving no stone unturned and no question unanswered, accepting nothing less than 100% satisfaction.
