Cedar Park homes deserve better than builder-grade wiring.
Caldwell Low Voltage upgrades Cedar Park's newer homes past their builder-grade wiring — real Cat6 drops instead of WiFi-only, cameras that cover the whole lot, and media rooms wired the way the floor plan intended.
Cedar Park's housing stock is mostly one to two decades old — tract and semi-custom homes from the growth boom that came pre-wired with the bare minimum: a coax jack per room, maybe one network drop, and a structured panel in a closet that nobody ever finished. Families here are running remote work, streaming, gaming and a dozen smart devices through a single WiFi router in the corner of the house. Our most common Cedar Park job is finishing what the builder started: real Cat6 to the office and media room, access points where the house actually needs them, and cameras replacing the battery doorbell that misses half its events.
The commercial side of Cedar Park is busy too — the Bell Boulevard redevelopment and the retail growth around 1431 and Lakeline mean tenant build-outs, and we handle the low-voltage package for those: data drops, camera coverage, sound, and access control, coordinated with the GC's schedule.
We serve all of Cedar Park including Buttercup Creek, Anderson Mill West, Ranch at Cypress Creek and the Lakeline corridor, about twenty-five minutes from our Lago Vista shop.
Cedar Park also has a quiet camera problem: the standard suburban lot puts fences close and rooflines low, so a doorbell camera alone leaves the driveway, side gates and back approach completely dark. Our typical Cedar Park package is four to six cameras placed for the actual geometry of these lots — soffit-mounted at the corners, one covering the approach the fence hides — recorded locally so you're not renting your own footage back as a monthly subscription.
