Low voltage pre-wire your buyers will thank you for.
Structured cabling, camera, doorbell, and AV rough-in at the framing stage — labeled, documented, and finished on your schedule. A low voltage sub that shows up when the framers are done and is gone before insulation, with a wiring package that becomes a selling point at the walkthrough.
Everything behind the drywall, done once.
We scope the package to your plan and your buyer profile — a spec home gets a clean baseline; a custom build gets the full theater and whole-home audio rough-in.
- CAT6 DATA DROPS TO EVERY ROOM
- WIRELESS ACCESS POINT LOCATIONS
- CAMERA & DOORBELL PRE-WIRE
- TV & SPEAKER LOCATIONS (AV)
- ALARM & ACCESS CONTROL ROUGH-IN
- STRUCTURED WIRING PANEL / RACK
- Ubiquiti
- TP-Link Omada
- Klipsch
- Sonos
Commercial-grade infrastructure sized for how homes actually get used now — and a documented as-built so the buyer's future installer isn't guessing.
We fit your schedule, not the other way around.
Rough-in windows are tight. We stage materials ahead, wire in one pass, and label every run at both ends so your trim carpenter and your electrician never have to work around us. Licensed and insured, and we scale crew to the build — a single custom home or a phase of lots.
- LICENSED & INSURED (TX DPS)
- TRADE PRICING
- LABELED & DOCUMENTED RUNS
- CREW SCALED TO THE JOB
Rough-in that doesn't slow the job down.
Before framing wraps, we walk the plan. We mark every drop, speaker, camera, and panel location on your drawings and confirm them against the actual framing — where the studs really are, where the HVAC trunk runs, where the buyer's furniture is going to sit. Ten minutes of layout on site saves a change order later.
One pass, clean, labeled. Home runs to a central panel or rack location, service loops at every box, both ends of every cable labeled to a printed schedule. Cables are protected through top plates and stapled to code so nothing gets nicked when drywall goes up. We photograph the open walls before we leave — your buyer gets the pictures, and so does whoever trims the house out.
Trim-out on your timeline. After paint, we come back for terminations, wall plates, access points, cameras, and speakers — or hand a documented package to the buyer's own installer if they have one. Either way the wiring is done right, which is the part that can't be fixed after drywall. The same wiring that takes minutes at framing takes hours — or becomes impossible — after drywall, and buyers increasingly know it.
Why it sells. "Pre-wired for cameras, network, and whole-home audio" is a line that lands at an open house, and it costs a fraction of what the buyer would pay to retrofit. Builders we work with treat the wiring package the way they treat the tile allowance: a visible upgrade that closes.
We cover new construction across the Austin metro — Lago Vista, Jonestown, Leander, Cedar Park, Lakeway, and Austin proper — and take phased developments as well as one-off custom builds. If you need the finished systems too, structured cabling, cameras, AV, and access control are all in house.
Builder pre-wire — common questions.
When in the build do you need to be on site?
After framing and mechanical rough-in, before insulation and drywall. That window is usually a few days; tell us the framing completion date and we'll hold the slot. Trim-out happens after paint.
Do you offer a standard package, or is every house custom?
Both. Most builders start from a baseline package — data drops, access point locations, camera and doorbell pre-wire, a panel location — and add theater or whole-home audio rough-in on the homes that warrant it. We'll price the baseline per plan so bids are predictable.
Can you handle a whole phase of lots, not just one house?
Yes. We scale crew to the schedule and stage materials by lot, and the labeling and documentation are consistent house to house — which matters when the same trim crew is working through the phase.
What does the buyer get at closing?
A printed cable schedule, photos of the open walls with every run visible, and a labeled panel. That's the difference between a house that's "pre-wired" and one where the next installer can actually use the wiring.
